Klamath Falls, OR ~ Foster Wedding {9.27.14}

Cole and Jessica celebrated their sweet love with the class of tradition and much attention to detail.  The romantic shades of teal and coral were the perfect touch!  Even a thunder storm could not damper their special day!

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Cole Foster!

What a fabulous and truly dreamy wedding!  Justin and Eden make my job easy.  Love like this is so easy to capture when it radiates like theirs does!  The Box R Ranch is a wedding venue unique to Southern Oregon.  The gorgeous large barn is AMAZING!  Here is a glimpse at the wedding day of Mr. and Mrs. Justin Green!

Aurora, OR ~ Heirloom Revival Co. {2014}

Vintage style weddings seem to be an ongoing trend and the Heirloom Revival Co. in Aurora, OR is just the place to discover the perfect props!  An antique table for the candy buffet, a vintage suitcase for cards,  a shabby window frame for a thank you sign…. The ideas are endless!  I wanted to share this little shop with upcoming brides and grooms, wedding planners, and antique buffs!

I was so excited to see my very dear friend and her family at their new shop – the Heirloom Revival Co. in Aurora, OR.  It is adorable!  Its filled with fabulous antiques that each tell a story…they really tell a story! You can pick up an antique here that comes to life with its own information card included.  They have the cutest cards attached that may include what it is, where it came from, etc. The super sweet bistro can serve up your favorite beverage of choice for you to enjoy while you browse the treasures.  {This is wedding planning juice!}  They even have a drive through if your need a cup of joe to go! Fort Klamath Aspen Inn ~ Plascencia Wedding {10.5.13}

I love October (my birthday and anniversary are in October)…I love the colors of fall, the cool of the evening and the gorgeous weddings that sprout from these perfect conditions!

Alex and Jessica had a beautifully planned wedding at the Aspen Inn that created a perfect backdrop to a relaxed country wedding ceremony and reception.  The soft  sounds of a river trickling could be faintly heard by all their friends and family as the couple exchanged their vows outside.  Congratulations to Alex and Jessica!  (and lil’ Alex too!)

Klamath Falls, OR ~ Schroeder Wedding {07.06.13}

It was a sunny blue sky day when Jason and Kendra said their vows on the Running Y golf course.  I got to know these two over the last year and was overwhelmed with happiness for the new husband and wife.  We snuck off for a brief bridal session before proceeding to the reception at the Trappers Inn at the Kingsley Feild Airforce Base.  Congratulations Jason & Kendra!  What a beautiful wedding day!

Klamath Falls, OR Engagement Session ~ Jason & Kendra Engagement Session {4.06.13}

Jason & Kendra’s wedding is just around the corner and I am still enjoying the engagement session pictures!  So, the weather was NOT on our side in getting these finished, but that didn’t stop us.  We rescheduled a couple of times and got some pretty cute shots of the couple and Sadi!  We even have the proposal site in the background of some of the shots!   Here are a few of my top favorites from the session.

Klamath Falls, OR ~ It’s a Chocolate Thing at the 2013 Klamath County Bridal Fair {01.21.2013}

I found the sweetest treats in Klamath Falls at the 2013 Klamath County Bridal Fair!  It’s a Chocolate Thing has delicious and beautiful treats that can be that special touch for your wedding day.  I adore the bride and groom chocolate dipped strawberries!  Cute, right?!  They taste even better!  2012 weddings have delivered what I call the cake pop craze.  Rightfully so.  They are delish, don’t require utensils, and make a beautifully edible bouquet -like display at the reception.

Chocolate Creations COLLAGEWM2

If you are planning a wedding, It’s a Chocolate Thing can provide a deliciously attractive touch to your wedding day.   Dont forget the bridal shower before, the baby shower after and the many Happy Birthdays to follow.  Oh, and remember Valentines Day is just around the corner!

Bethany Willis with Bend Event Music {February~2013}

I would like to introduce my talented friend, Bethany Willis of Bend Event Music.  I have known Bethany for many years and always admired her talent and ability to play such beautiful music.  Bethany has been playing professionally for 21 years! She now serves Bend, Central Oregon and destination locations with wedding and event music.  “I provide live ceremony music as well as finding any other musician you might need for your event.”  This skill does not just happen every day and surely is not played at just any event.  If you are looking for an absolutely special way to honor your wedding ceremony and make it one that you and all your guests will remember, you need to contact Bethany.

I recently attended the Central Oregon Wedding & Event Show.  My booth displayed a slideshow of  wedding photography set to music by Bend Event Music.  Bethany and her Classy Grass Trio performed live throughout the event, complimenting the show displays.  Bethany says “Aside from being a mom, the only other thing I ever wanted to do was play my fiddle.”  Her favorite part of what she does is “Making the magic happen, at the right moment through the sound of our instruments.”  She also states: “I love my job! I get almost as excited as the brides do once we begin putting the pieces together. I love the process and all their ideas. Plus it gives me a sneak peek into who they are, and allows me to then translate that into the perfect musical selections for their special day!”
