This is where brides in the Columbia Gorge can get the detail decor that sets their wedding apart from others. When asked what made her start this business, Staphanie answered, “Seeing people come to Hood River for weddings in beautiful settings but having to settle for plain rentals or spend a fortune to buy things they’d never use again”. Adornments of Hood River sells bridal jewelry and hair accessories, and rents vintage & modern dishes, linens and decor. Stephanies says her favorite part of what she does is, “providing affordable special details that set the desired tone…elegance, whimsy, country, vintage”. Not only do people planning weddings benefit from Stephanie’s creative touch, but she shared that her business provides employment opportunities for people with special needs.

Klamath Falls, OR ~ Botanica Creations Wedding Florist {01.20.2013}

Brides were drawn into the colorful booth by the amazingly creative and unique creations that were displayed. I didn’t see one bride pass the Botanica Creations booth without turning into it and admiring the arrangements within.
Dawnielle Tehama is the owner of Botanica Creations and a master mind of beautiful floral and non-floral arrangements that are sure to make a statement at any event. She listened intently to brides as they explained their wedding plans and made suggestions that excited the brides she spoke with.
I was particularly intrigued by the head pieces that were modeled by Dawnielle’s daughters. Head pieces are a trendy must have for any special occasion. They are a gorgeous accessory for flower girls, maids of honor and brides! Of course, I love incorporating beautiful head pieces with any themed photo shoots!
If you are in the process of planning a wedding, be sure to stop and talk to Dawnielle and her team at Botanica Creations at 2223 N. Eldorado Bld. in Klamath Falls, OR. It will be your pleasure. They deliver a personal connection with brides and gorgeous arrangements for the wedding day. This is confirmed by the many previous bride compliments on the Botanica Creations Facebook page!
Mission, OR ~ Mitch & Katie Montchalin Wedding {08.25.12}

My day started with photographing the fun group of groomsmen. The guys prepared at the Mission Chapel. This followed with a first look session and then to the wedding. The ceremony honored the two cultures of the bride and groom with two pastors present and sentimental details decorating the site. Mr. and Mrs. Montchalin were swept away in a white horse drawn carriage where they met friends and family at the reception. The reception had food catered by El Charrito of Pendleton, OR, a modern Mariachi band with DJ, and we set up a photo booth for guests. Can it get any more perfect than this? Congrats to Mitch and Katie!
